Can I generate deep links to website tabs? (in MSTeams)

If I use graph api I can add a website tab to a team: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/teams-configuring-builtin-tabs
According to this doc, I can put together a deeplink that opens a given tab for a user: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/concepts/build-and-test/deep-links

Can I create deep links and send them in the channel in a card for the user to navigate to a website tab? (not a custom tab type)

As we are mainly responsible for general issue of Microsoft Teams, your question which is involved in development is not supported by us. I would remove the office-teams-windows-itpro tag and add the office-teams-app-dev tag. Hope you get better response.

Yes, You can create the deeplink to website using the content URL and website URL. Could you please check these docs?
