I opened a case with our Premier support who escalated it. Its been resolved now and there is a new version up as of a few days ago with a valid certificate.
Thanks

The Active Directory Replication Status Tool (ADREPLSTATUS) expired on July 1, 2022 and is no longer functional. I understand from past posts that this happens periodically and Microsoft needs to publish an updated version of the tool with a newer expiration date. I cannot find any way to reach someone to let them know this has expired so I'm posting it here. TechNet page for the tool can be found here: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/12707.active-directory-replication-status-tool-adreplstatus-resources-page.aspx
Thank you.

Sorry but I've just re-tried that download and nothing has changed. I'm still getting a failure to launch with a licence expired warning as before. Any further update or file source please?
This is not AzureAD related DaveM121. I have the exact same issue with an in-house AD environment. The problem is with the tool and seems to involve a license expiry date in the build process. So far no-one at Microsoft seems capable of coming up with a solution. Reports of an updated file are not supported by the UK experience!

Can you try to download it from this link instead of the one above?
