hyper v black screen problem

Hello,

I added a checkpoint to an Ubuntu 20.04 virtual machine that I was using on Hyper V, and when my virtual machine had a problem, I deleted the checkpoint and now it does not open at all.

When I want to install a new virtual machine, after the language selection screen, the disk check screen appears and after this check is completed, I am greeted with a white cursor on a black screen. I have been struggling for 2 days, can you please help?

I tried the following methods

I tried the iso file in different virtualization applications, there is no problem.

I grabbed and opened hyperv services.

I reset hyper v settings

***moved from Windows / Windows 11 / Settings***

    1. Are there any errors in "Event Viewer"?
    2. Confirm that there is a backup and try to rebuild the virtual machine.
    3. Make sure that the Integration Services are installed and up-to-date on your Ubuntu virtual machine.
    4. Due to the limitation resource of forum, we cannot collect more logs for further troubleshooting, you can choose to go to the Microsoft Customer Service Center to open a new ticket so that with their permission level and resource, Microsoft could provide you with better help on your request.
