Can someone help me with this error? It happens randomly, I have already performed a 4-hour stress test on the computer, with a maximum temperature of 87 degrees, and the system did not crash. The system consists of a Gigabyte AORUS B550 Elite motherboard, Ryzen 7 5800x processor, 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, and 32GB Crucial Pro DDR4.

It was idle and no one was working on it, with 5 RDP connections open, but not in use. This has happened to me 5 times. Here is the log

    Hello

Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Community Forum.

Based on the description, I understand that your question is related to event error id 41 Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power.

Try below methods to help fix:

    1. Put the loading machine in safe mode, and then monitor the machine performance:

Start your PC in Safe Mode in Windows - Microsoft Support

    1. It might also be caused by a faulty driver, try running the Driver Verifier:

Open a command prompt window by selecting Run as administrator and type verifier to open the Driver Verifier Manager.

    1. Sometimes the problem may not be in the driver, but only in third-party applications and services. Try a clean boot:

How to perform a clean boot on Windows - Microsoft Support

    1. Update your drivers, if Driver Verifier has detected a specific one, you can update that driver and see if that fixes the problem.

Press Windows + 'R' and type devmgmt.msc to open Device Manager.

Locate the device and double-click on it to expand.

Double-click on the driver and go to the Drivers tab.

Click "Update Driver" and select "Automatic Search" for drivers.

    Have a good day.

    Best regards

    Molly
