Blackscreened

I have a new Lenovo IdeaPad with windows 11 on it and it black screened on me and then bitlocker recovery came up and I entered that but no recovery happened went right back to black screen. How do I fix this

    Hello,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

    Based on the description, I understand your question is related to blackscreen no boot.

    Restart the computer, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. The machine will show advanced boot options.

    Open cmd, and run below commands:

    Replace <recovery password> with your 48-digit recovery key

    manage-bde -unlock C: -recoverypassword <recovery password>
    

    If this is a new pad, it might still under warranty, consider bring it to reseller for a full scan and fix.
