Permission problems with Windows Update

Question

Recently I changed my laptop to a Rog Strix G16, it is a i9 intel, with 32GB and Windows 11.

I did the installation following the system suggestions importing most of the settings from my old computer, an ASUS. All seemed to be OK, until when I started feeling that in the event viewer some messages are appearing:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID 

{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}

 and APPID 

{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

 to the user Kalimaro\barlo SID (S-1-5-21-1191748109-1221646923-1456126567-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

or

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073D02: 9NMPJ99VJBWV-Microsoft.YourPhone.

It turns out that at some time of the day, my computer starts to become very reactive, and I start hearing USB sounds, and the lights of my Keyboard (CoolerMaster mechanical) and the lights of the notebook (RBG) start to blink and the keyboard becomes irresponsive sometimes doing a repetition of keys.

I asked support from logitech because my headset is a G933 and uses G Hub, and I heard that G Hub and WIN11 has some compatibility problems.

I have tried many things already, but I suspect that it something related to the Windows Update as these crisis usually ("usually") happens close or a little after 11pm. I believe that the windows update tries to connect to internet to check some driver from keyboard or/and Headset and because this lack of permission, it crashes and the system starts to become unstable.

Anyone knows what could be done? I am trying to open a ticket on MS but no success by now.

1. Firstly, double check if your laptop hardware meet the requirements of running windows 11:

2. Check the exact system version and try install the latest windows update, also update your keyboard and headset drivers.
3. Check if your keyboard and headset is compatible with your current system version. Consider reaching out to Logitech support for further assistance.
4. As you mentioned it is a i9 intel, with 32GB and Windows 11. The minimum system storage requirements of running windows 11 is 64 GB or larger storage device. Please double check the storage.
