I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue.
In the interim could you try resetting the Movies and TV App and retry to see if it detects all your videos again?
- Right click on start menu
- At the very top click on Installed Apps
- Search for Movies & Tv in the installed apps
- Once found click on the 3dots on the right hand side of it and select Advanced options
- Scroll down to and try either Repair or Reset
Once done please check and see if it has made a difference to it being able to detect the movies you have.
Please provide further info or screenshots if the above doesn't work so we can determine the best route for getting this fixed.
