How do I set active logon hours for a domain in Group Policy Management?

I enabled the GPO to force user log off outside of active hours, however it says that I need to define the hours in the default domain policy since I am doing this for a domain. What is the path in in Group Policy Management Editor to define this?

    Hello Raymond Koren,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Find Default Domain Policy in group policy management, right click it and select Edit.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Hello

    Good day!

You can try to set logon hours via user Properties.

    Image

And you can set the GPO setting below:

User Configuration > Administrative Policies > Templates > Windows Components > Windows Logon Options > Set Action to Take When the Logon Time Ends

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

I am trying to do this for a domain and not a user, that is why I cannot find it. For a domain it doesnt allow you to configure these properties.

    Hello

    Greetings!

For logon hours, you can click multiple user accounts by click Ctrl key, then right click these accounts and set logon hours.

    Example:

For GPO, you can edit Default Domain Policy and set the GPO setting, it will apply to all the users in the domain.
