Is there a way to install windows apps on windows server 2022?

I am having compatability issues on a set of windows servers with apps that require openGL to function. These servers only have Datacentre GPUs so are relying on windows remote desktop virtualisation for display which I think is what is causing the issue. I think the OpenCL and OpenGL compatability pack may help with this ( https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9NQPSL29BFFF?activetab=pivot%3Aoverviewtab&hl=en-us&gl=US) but as far as I am aware there is no way to install windows apps on a windows server. Is there any workaround for this?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Before you install the apps, please check with the app vendor to confirm if the Compatibility Pack is compatible with the specific app you are using.

As for the installation of Windows apps on Windows Server, you can try using the Server Manager or PowerShell to install the app. However, it is important to ensure that the app is compatible with Windows Server and that you have the necessary permissions to install the app.

It is also recommended to test the app thoroughly before deploying it to a production environment.

    Best regards,
