Microsoft Exam Replay: ARB/MCP exam + Retake

Question

Okay I just need to know if this voucher covers both for the exam and the re-take or should I pay for the exam separately. Also will I know the results of the percentage being done correctly in the exam as to know my performance in case I fail the exam. Lastly, does this voucher cover for the Az-204 , MS Associate Developer Certificate
