Ukraine phone numbers no longer supported by Microsoft???

I encountered with problem like this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1431080/we-re-unable-to-validate-your-phone-number

And decided to add my phone number from profile, but got an error "We don't support this country code". Also I cannot change my language from russian to Ukrainian! This is outrageous!!!!!
