Outlook for Android App sync issue

Question

The Outlook for Android App is not in full sync with outlook.com and the 365 Outlook desktop app.

The mobile app only syncs when the mobile app is opened or if a new email is received in my Outlook inbox as seen by the change in the mobile apps badge number.

Currently any action (read, moved, deleted, Etc.) with my email, automatically synchronized and updates across outlook.com and the 365 Outlook desktop only.

I have reported this to Outlook for Android multiple times and I even sent this to them as a suggestion and a complaint for years now and I am not sure if they understand the issue.

It is disgraceful that as a 365 Microsoft subscriber, I have to use a free third-party app for my emails on my mobile device if I want it to in full sync with outllok.com and outlook desktop!
