Windows Update always installing the same update

Question

I have Windows Server 2025. I see the update KB5007651 that had successfully completed. When I click on Check for updates, it queues up the same update again and successfully installs it again. This update never disappears from the list and is installed over and over.

I've already tried the disk cleanup and windows update renaming the two directories "software distribution, and Catroot" but issue still the same.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?
