How to get email notification for aks and fleet manager upgrade status

Hi team,

I want to setup some alert so that whenever aks cluster or fleet manager members are upgraded, we get an email notification of its status that whether the upgrade was successful or there was a failure. Can you please guide the steps.

I tried creating azure monitor for fleet manager and choose the signal as "Create or Update Fleet amanger run", but eventhough the cluster upgrade failed, i am not getting any data for it. It simply shows started and then succeeded.

Any quick help would be really appreciated
