AD account frequently Lock Out

Hai,

Any one has faced below issues

1, In AD server some user accounts are getting locked out frequently

2, Audit failure showing already deleted users and disabled users log file

3, all audit report showing failure from exchange to DC

We have hybrid environment

When we shutdown our OnPrem Exchange servers there is no issuee mentioned above and mailflow ok in cloud exchange

After start OnPrem exchange servers again same issue
