Endless processing for a Speech custom keyword model.

Question

According the documentation, it would require "up to 30 minutes for the model to be generated". i am training my model for more then 21 hours and it still processing . my region is West US. At the same time when i check my Service health portal i see red cross in my Services issues event . When i click on it i don't see any issue.

Could you please check my portal and see what's going on.
