I understand that you are unable to log in to Azure because you are encountering the error: "You didn't enter the expected verification code. Please try again."
This issue can occur under one of the following conditions:
- The wrong verification code was entered.
- You selected Cancel on the Azure Multi-Factor Authentication Mobile App verification screen.
To resolve this issue, do one of the following:
- If you’re using the text message or verification code from the mobile app notification, make sure you enter the correct verification code, then try signing in again.
- If you're using the mobile app notification option, make sure to tap Verify and not Cancel.
