I can't log in to azure, I have an account with my personal user, but now it's asking for a code, I've followed the steps and installed windows authenticator, but when I type in the code I get the message You didn't enter the expected verification code. Please try again. I've also tried sending the code but it doesn't reach the authenticator, I've uninstalled it and it doesn't accept the code, I need to access the account urgently, could someone help me?

    Hi @DIEGO SKUBISZ

I understand that you are unable to log in to Azure because you are encountering the error: "You didn't enter the expected verification code. Please try again."

This issue can occur under one of the following conditions:

    • The wrong verification code was entered.
    • You selected Cancel on the Azure Multi-Factor Authentication Mobile App verification screen.

To resolve this issue, do one of the following:

    • If you’re using the text message or verification code from the mobile app notification, make sure you enter the correct verification code, then try signing in again.
    • If you're using the mobile app notification option, make sure to tap Verify and not Cancel.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
