Based on the description, I understand your question is related to BSOD.
Press Win + R and type dcomcnfg, navigate to Component Services > Computers > My Computer > DCOM Config. Find the application with the specified CLSID {C53A4F16-787E-42A4-B304-29EFFB4BF597}. Right-click on it and select Properties. Go to the Security tab and ensure that the appropriate permissions are set for Launch and Activation Permissions, Access Permissions, and Configuration Permissions.
Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps. Find Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller, click on it, and select Advanced options. Click on Repair.
Also, you can try temporarily disable your firewall and antivirus to see if the issue is resolved.
