Canadian users experienced application timeouts from a static website to API and database servers in the Central US on Monday morning, 3/3/25, between 7 AM CST to 2 PM CST. Were there any network issues reported during that timeframe?

Could you please share the error message you received during the application timeouts? Additionally, could you confirm which database you are using in relation to this issue?
Thank you for responding Mahesh, our users were experiencing timeouts
RequestError: Timeout: Request failed to complete in 30000ms
We heard there were server errors in Canada at that time but we are unable to confirm if it caused our timeout issues we experienced. Here is an article we found.

Hi Mahesh, thank you for the follow up question. We no longer have the issue it seemed to happen on that particular day 3/3/25. I was wondering how to find out if there was a network issue that caused the outage.
