You are not authorized to login with this credentials

Question

I am doing "Getting Started with Dynamics 365 Finance" training on Microsoft Learn. In there they have a lab - Explore Dynamics 365 Finance. I am able to log in to the virtual lab using the password they have supplied. but when i try to login to D365 finance using the user name and password they have supplied, I am getting the below error so I am unable to complete this module. Can you help ?

I am using the user name and pwd mentioned in resources section even then i am getting this issue. Please help

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered while attempting to access the Lab environment. 

Step 1: Please sign out from all active tabs within your current browser and clear the cache files. Afterwards, attempt to log in again using your learn ID credentials. 

Step 2: Sign out from your current browser session and attempt to log in using an incognito or in-private browsing window.

Step 3: Utilize an alternative browser and attempt to log in once more.

Step 4: Test logging in with a new personal Outlook account within the learning path using a completely different browser.

By following the steps above, I have successfully activated the lab environment."
