When using my bluetooth headphones and trying to screen record the headphones will randomly disconnect without making a sound. The headphones will only make the disconnect sound after turning bluetooth off on my pc. I also use a bluetooth keyboard and it does not get affected by this and continues to work after the headphones get disconnected. This always happen with either discord screen share or nvidia shadowplay. I have turned off all hands free devices in my device manager and have also set the bluetooth services to automatic. It disconnects randomly, either instantly after starting the screen share or after 10 minutes of it working without issue.

    Hello pov.alex,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Let's try a few troubleshooting steps:

    1. Ensure that your Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can check for updates in the Device Manager by right-clicking on your Bluetooth adapter and selecting "Update driver."
    2. Bluetooth devices can be affected by interference from other wireless devices. Try moving other wireless devices away from your computer to see if this helps.
    3. Sometimes, power management settings can cause Bluetooth devices to disconnect. Go to Device Manager, find your Bluetooth adapter, right-click and select "Properties." Under the "Power Management" tab, uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."
    4. Make sure your audio drivers are up to date. You can check for updates in the Device Manager under "Sound, video and game controllers."
    5. Since the issue occurs with both Discord and NVIDIA ShadowPlay, there might be a software conflict. Try disabling any unnecessary background applications to see if this resolves the issue.
    6. If you're using an external Bluetooth adapter, try using a different USB port or a different adapter to see if the issue persists.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou
