How to restore back my Authenticator?

Question

I have Microsoft 365 trial developer subscription for my study purpose. I’ve set MFA on my tenant with Microsoft Authenticator App verification as only method (no sms, no email). I’ve got new Phone and old is restored to factory defaults. No Microsoft Authenticator App backup set. I’ve got only one Global Admin there. Now without access to tokens in my Microsoft Authenticator App have lost admin access to my tenant.

How can I restore access to my tenant? Can’t even raise a ticket in my tenant help and support.
