Microsoft Office programs will not load

When attempting to open Microsoft Office programs I receive a message that says "Updating Microsoft 365 and Office, pleas wait a moment..." After a moment, the window closes and a new one says "The application was unable to start correctly (ox0000142). click OK to close the application." I have attempted to repair Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 apps and Microsoft 365 - en-us within the Programs and Features function but I am getting an error there for each one. after attempting to repaid online it states "Something went wrong Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error Code: 30045-44 (1)" How do I get Word, Excel and One Note to work properly again. *Teams opens without error.

It appears that you have multiple Office products installed on the same computer. I would recommend that you uninstall all products except the one for which you have a valid license. Then try an Office repair again.
