Request for Assistance – Microsoft 365 Developer Subscription Expired

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out regarding my Microsoft 365 Developer Subscription, which has expired on January 29, 2025. My sandbox administrator account, and I originally signed up for the Developer Program using my email.

Upon attempting to access my subscription, I received an error stating that my sandbox has expired. I would like to know:

  1. If there is any way to renew or extend my existing Developer subscription.
  2. If not, when will I be eligible to request a new sandbox?
  3. If I am unable to create a new subscription, what are the next steps to regain access?

I appreciate your assistance in this matter and look forward to your guidance.
