PowerShell Command to find duplicate documents in SharePoint Online

We have lot of duplicate documents in our SharePoint online. Looking for help from the community. Can PowerShell command be used to do the following?
- Identify duplicate documents on each site/library.
- Move them to a another library where they can be reviewed and purged as necessary.
