If you have signed up for both Azure for Students account and Azure free trial, you need to manage your subscriptions. There is no direct way to revert or combine these accounts once they are created.

You need to switch from the Azure free trial account to your student account. You can do this by signing out of your current session and then signing in with your student account credentials.

You can continue to use your Azure for Students account for your assignments, it provides access to various Azure services and resources specifically for students. I have tried the above but still didn't work. Per the instructions from my instructor, we were supposed to sign up using our personal email and during the verification process, I had to verify my belonging to an academic institution. Because of that, I sign in using my personal account and it does sign in but since I am using a personal account, I cannot access the Microsoft Azure 365 admin center which is a stumbling block for me. I have reported to my instructor but he seems not to know why. I have cleared the cache and tried reopening in incognito tabs and none seem to work. I cant use my school account either because it has restrictions (limited permissions) and now I am stuck on doing assignments. I am not even able to work in sandboxes as well because everytime I activate it, it keeps repeating a loop asking me to sign in in order for my Azure account to be created. I just don't get all that's happening.

I have tried all that and still, nothing works. I have cleared the cache and cookies, opened up in incognito, used different browsers, and tried signing in with my student account which doesnt work and says I should add my student account as an external user. None of the methods are working and my instructor says he can't help me with it since he doesn't work with Microsoft and that I should open a ticket instead. I wish there was a way to reset this whole process. I feel so lost now and don't know what to do. Can you guide me on how to open a ticket with Microsoft Azure?
