How to recover a 25 Recovery Code to reset a password? but i don`t have authenticator, only e-mail

how can I recover this code without having access to the authenticator?

There is access to the mail, the computer on which the account is logged in, and the linked minecraft account. Or if possible, how can I transfer my minecraft account to another microsoft account?

And I also remember the model of the device on which the authenticator was installed. in the past, a phone number was linked, but for some reason it disappeared after authentication was activated.
