Directory linked to a diffrent user via my hotmail account

Question

I've started a free trail of Azure today - (never used it before as a private user and I'm viewing it in incogneto mode )
When I go and view my directories there are 2, the standard default one and another one for a company that's legit.
When I click on it it looks like my private hotmail account is linked to another person in a previous employment.

So I sign in as Joe.blogs@Karima ben .com - go change directory and select companyA ( I dont have access to their Azure AD it just goes to a home page) rather then the default and all of a sudden my profile changes to Mary.bloggs@X .com and company A's name appears below.

Yet when I click on Mary.bloggs@X .com I can see my display name.

I can't sign in as Mary.Bloggs because microsoft tells me that the account doesn't exist

Any ideas on how I can remove companyA and Mary Bloggs from my profile without getting in touch with them?

Yes I have and there isn't a cog there when I open the company one it tells me I don't have access which I would expect from the mary.bloggs@X .com because of what they do.
