Hi!

I parachute down the server maintenance processes of the company I work for, so I don't have a lot of basic knowledge about how it works.

When starting the Server Manager, it alerts some errors, among them two errors in the Local Server panel.

If anyone can guide me, it would be of great help. I researched about, but I didn't find anything about these errors specifically. Thanks in advance. OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter

For the stopped services I'd check the system event log for error details. For the direct access setup something here may help.
