Can you make screen of it?
I works with VS and I do not have that problem.

When I create a VSTO Workbook project in Visual Studio 2019, everything seems to work. I can see the workbook and add to it.
However, if I close VS, then reopen the project later on, I cannot open the workbook in the editor. It just hangs there. I can see Excel starting in the Task Manager, but as some point CPU/Memory does not change and VS is unresponsive. If I End Task on the Excel process, VS become responsive, but I still don't have access to the editor.
I'm using VS 2019 16.8.3 and Office 365. I have run repair on both VS and Office and remove all Excel add-ins, except the VSTO Adaptor add-in.
