Bitlocker not working for system drive

After cloning hdd to ssd and installing it, the computer does not turn the bitlocker on for c: drive.
I used tpm clear which caused various that completely wasted my time, but for the time being I can work just fine.
What I wanted to say was, before cloning I decrypted and turned off Bitlocker from every drive.
Right now, I used bitlocker just fine on the other drives but my c: drive returns error, Handle is incorrect.

I tried the bcd setting, tried to manage bde, restarted plethora of times, and even cleared tpm for this.
Still, the error.
And god knows why the SFC /scannow and DISM image repair cmd commands take so much time even MORE than an hdd, now.
Both are snail-slow speed.
Also, I have avira installed so I do not think there is any malware.
But if I can be helped,
I would be happy.

Thanks in advance.

I did not get any help from here, so I am just posting what I did.
I took the risk and formatted everything in my cloned ssd during windows setup(new) except my data drives.
Then I resumed with the windows installation, it went smoothly.
Now, I was able to turn bitlocker on.
The problem was that bitlocker makes a 502 or 590 Mb secret partition from C: drive to store recovery environment and stuff.
So, the reason of not restarting was because my re environment was in that hidden partition, plus when I cloned my drive from 1Tb to 500 Gb SSD, it also changed the hidden partitions size making windows think an intruder. So, the handle error. lol, didnt anyone know of this before. I had to sweat for whole one week before taking a dive and deleting my windows.
    IF I knew this before,
I would have simply cloned the exact drive specifically.
