Dear Community,

I have total of three Cluster Nodes CS1,CS2 and CS3. I have a role Catalyst-Test on Cluster Node 1 i.e. CS1 and I am migrating the role from CS1 to CS2 but it fails. While when I move it to another node CS3 it successfully migrates.
Here is the Event Log Detail:54180-cluster-event-error.png

Kindly help me out.

    Hey,

You can try enabling CPU compatibility mode for the VM.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2012-r2-and-2012/dn859550(v=ws.11)

In addition, check if the shared storage is properly connected to every host in the cluster. In case you need shared storage option StarWind VSAN can be used. Might help:

    Hi,

    1. Does the Node CS2 has the same hardware and system settings as the other two nodes?
    2. Please check the event viewer both on CS1 and CS2, check if there's any error.
    3. Besides, please check if we can move the role from CS3 to CS2.

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Anne

Yes they are all identical and there is a pool created for storage.

    So final points:

Migration from CS1 to CS3 and vice versa.
