Error when creating or modifying a workflow within a specific solution

Question

I have imported a solution in a different development environment in power apps , everything was working as expected. however, since yesterday it appears a specific error when I try to modify or create a workflow within this specific solution

The request content was invalid and could not be deserialized: 'Could not find member 'isLicenseEntitledByRetrieved' on object of type 'SolutionFlowDefinitionRequestProperties'. Path 'activatedEntity.isLicenseEntitledByRetrieved', line 1, position 1162.'

I am able to create a new workflow within the same environment where the solution is deployed. I can also imported it into the solution by add existing workflow .however, once the workflow is inside the solution, I am unable to modify it.
