Do you mean Notifications? Check your Settings, System, Notifications.

Hi James Barakaat,

Press Windows + I to open the Settings app, click on System > Notifications and turn off the Notifications. To turn off notifications from specific apps, scroll down to see an app list and turn off apps that you don't need.

If you're getting pop-ups while browsing, you can adjust your browser settings:

Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects and set it to Blocked.

Edge: Go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Pop-ups and redirects and set it to Blocked

If you still see popups, open Windows Security, select Virus & threat protection and perform, click on Scan options and select Full scan to perform a full system scan to remove any malware.
