    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

Automatic transfer to EA isn't supported. You would need to create a new Subscription, under EA and migrate/recreate your resources.

MPA EA • Automatic transfer isn't supported. Any transfer requires resources to move from the existing MPA product manually to a newly created or an existing EA product.• Use the information in the Perform resource transfers section.• Reservations and savings plan don't automatically transfer and transferring them isn't supported.

Most resources can be migrated, but some resources (like classic Azure) can't. With the Jacob Tracey's Excel sheet, you check all resources in a subscription and get a positive/negative list as to what can be moved, and what you should verify manually

Please note: You are starting from scratch, so backup, RBAC, have to be configured again for the moved resources.
