Error when trying to make a Subject Access Request

Question

Whenever I try to access the areas within Microsoft Priva>Subjects Right Request to create a SAR, I am presented with the following error. I would appreciate any suggestions that may help us to rectify this issue.

"Try refreshing the page in a few minutes

Something went wrong and we couldn't get the page to display."
