Im trying to add enterprise applications in Entra but they don't come up as options. I've added screenshots from another company's enterprise applications of the apps I'm trying to add (iManageShare, iManage CoAuthor, WorkCoAuthoring). Any assistance would be appreciated.

I understand you are trying to add another company's applications into your Entra, but you are unable to find them.
Could you please try adding the application to your tenant using the following consent URL?
https://login.microsoftonline.com/{organization}/adminconsent?client_id={client-id}
Replace {client-id}
with the application's client ID (also known as the app ID) of the other company's enterprise application and {organization}
with your tenant ID. Review the permissions the application requests before granting consent.
Once done, you should be able to view those applications in your Enterprise Applications.
If you are still facing issues, please share the screenshots, as it will help us better understand the problem.
