When looking at email view, I would like MORE lines than 3 to appear, how do I do this ? Is it possible? Thank you

3 lines is the maximum, afaik. You might consider opening a suggestion for providing additional options, which you can do over at the Feedback portal: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/89a8afa3-2e1c-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472
