I subscribed Azure free subscription long time ago around 7-8 months back. I would like to close the account. As I read instruction to close subscription, deleted groups, resources and users. I want to keep that account without using any resources of Azure. What should I check except the steps already been taken ? Is there any charges apply If I just keep the account open ? Please advise.

    Hi @Surendra Rana

1.Double-check that all resource groups and resources have been deleted. If you have deleted everything and are not using any active services, there should be no charges.

2.Log into the Azure portal and check your subscription to ensure there are no alerts, notifications, or warnings related to any active services.

3.Monitor: Even if you are not actively using any services, it's a good idea to periodically check your account to verify no unexpected charges arise. Sometimes, unused services.
