Issues with MFA While Switching Azure AD B2C Directory

Encountering difficulties with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when attempting to switch directories in Azure AD B2C. Currently logged in and registered with Microsoft Authenticator, using the same account for both MFA and the Azure portal.

Can access the main domain, but upon clicking the switch button, a new login screen appears requesting an MFA code. However, no request is coming through on the mobile device.
