Problem with shared documents outside our organization- it says too many requests

Hello,

we have been sharing some excellent files for non office users- view only. Since Monday the users are unable to open them- it says too many requests, ID korelace: 64218aa1-404d-c000-2395-f1701b683599. We have tried copying the files and saving them in new file and shared new links- it worked for few minutes and then we have the same error message. We have checked the setting and One drive is set to share with Anyone links. Not sure what to check next.

    Hi,

    There have been quite a few known issues with shared folders in OneDrive lately. I suggest you check if users can open from web without problem:

    If the shared folder work in web for OneDrive, this might be the known issue, Microsoft is aware of the issue and are working on resolving it.
