Error Message when accessing 365

I am getting this error message trying to access any of the Microsoft 365 products:

Microsoft account requires JavaScript to sign in. This web browser either does not support JavaScript, or scripts are being blocked.

To find out whether your browser supports JavaScript, or to allow scripts, see the browser's online help.

I already checked JavaScript which is allowed. We've been using these products for years and have an automatic renewal on our subscription. How do we fix this?
