    It sounds like Outlook might be stuck in an update loop or encountering a glitch. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    Force Quit and Restart:

    Press Command + Option + Esc to open the Force Quit menu.

    Select Outlook and click "Force Quit."

    Restart your Mac and try opening Outlook again.
