I have free licenses for my organization for learning and practice, on every user mail id is showing but when i go to configure in outlook or sending mail to that ID it's not completion please anyone can Help me out.

1.What exactly is “user mail id”, is it the display name of the user?
2.Is there any error reported, and if so, can you provide a screenshot?
