How to get back my OneDrive data without contact with support team

Question

I currently don't have access to my OneDrive data because of sudden lockdown by Microsoft without any advance notice or any email notification, so currently all data in my tenant's OneDrive already deny access and even makes attaching something in Outlook become diffucult. Did anyone have ways to get back the data? I have tried contact with support team but all reply is useless, or is it possible Microsoft change their procedure by adding advance notification through email before deny user to access their data?
