The Standard Client Access License (CAL) provides access to basic SharePoint functionalities, while the Enterprise CAL offers additional enterprise features such as Power View and Excel Services.
It's important to note that both CALs typically do not come with product key. Instead, they are activated based on the Enterprise product key applied to the SharePoint farm.
