My name is Madhu Lavanya Kandula. Today I scheduled AZ 204 Exam for 3/14/2025 from 7:45 am to 9:45 am but unfortunately the cursor not moving when i taking the exam. When I was taking the exam even the chat window also not working properly. I found this when I was taking a system run test before a day. Please I did not note my case id properly. But I remember My case ID starts from 12733... I reported Procter about the issue. they tried to relaunch the exam but the issue was coming up again and again. so I told to the Procter please reschedule my exam. 30 minutes of exam time is already wasted because of this issue. And the issue was not resolved. When I checked my email, I got only one email that said your exam was canceled. I didn't even get the case ID details. where should I report this and reschedule my exam? when I check this website [www.pearsonvue.com/contact] it is in maintenance mode till 16th March. can you please suggest to me whom should I contact to reschedule my exam?
