Why punjabi to english azure document translator not working.

We are trying to run azure AI document translator on Punjabi text pdf and output language as English. But translator service is returning error with details "The document does not have any translatable text". English to Punjabi translation is working good but not vice versa.

PunjabiInput.pdfNone of the punjabi pdf is working to be translated to english. Same message. I even translated english to punjabi using the translator service which was successful. Then I used same punjabi pdf to be translated back to english and I am getting this error. I am attaching one sample pdf which I am trying to translate to english.

It seems Punjabi --> english translation does not work for Scanned pdfs (Image only pdfs). With searchable pdfs this translations work
