Can someone please define where this policy is located? how can i exclude a user.

User trying to access

Application: Windows Sign In

Sign-in error code: 50155

Failure reason: Device authentication failed.

The most common reason for this error is issue with the device being disabled or deleted, not policy. I understand that you are getting Sign-in error code: 50155 the reason you are getting this error because Microsoft Entra ID is unable to authenticate the device to issue a PRT.It is not based on the policy. Confirm that the device isn't deleted or disabled in the azure portal.

Resolution:

I want you to check the AzurePRT of the Device, so you can open command prompt and run as an administrator and check the command with dsregcmd/status

Confirm that your affected device Prt is Yes, or No? If it is No I want, you to leave and join again so that the error can be resolved.
