How to update Windows 11 VMs to version 24H2 on Windows Server 2025 Datacenter

Running Hyper-V on Windows Server 2025 Datacenter edition with multiple Windows 11 VMs, but unable to update these VMs to the latest version, 24H2. The update does not appear when checking for updates.
Could this be an issue with the Hyper-V host on the server, or is it related to the VMs themselves?
